Over the last 6 months when I go out for my walk I develop severe pains in both of my leg calfs after I walk about a block.
I've tried stretching, changing my gait, taking bigger and smaller strides and nothing is helping me. When I quit walking so does the pain. Does this make sense?
Can anyone advise me on something that will help?
I have fibromyalgia and walking is necessity for me.
