I have been having pains on my ride side of upper stomach right under my rib cage for almost a year now. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and had a ultrasound done of my gallbladder, kidneys, and spleen and she said everything was fine. She is telling me now that I have acid reflux, and that is causing the pain, which I do not believe. I don't know what else could be causing the pain, and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it could be and/or what I should do.

sounds like gallbladder. go get a second opinion on it. does the pain go through your back and you drop to your knees? I had gallbladder problems and just had it taken out. GOOD LUCK.
