Hi im a 14 yrs old boy, who hasn't hit puberty yet. And for some days ago, i masturbated, and after that, like half an our afterwards I noticed a dry red circle, witch looks a bit like eczema. Its a red circle on my shaft on the right side next to the testicles, not on it. And it doesnt hurt or anything. Im just a bit worried what it is cus i havent found something like this on this site yet.
