I found that in my bowel there was a small round soft (cherry like ) (i do not eat cherry's) object in my bowel. Happenned once and i am constipated. I had a colonoscopy 6 years ago and yes i had polyps, realy concerned the docs arent but they usually ate not when you are a self pAy patient any one rese with this?

Since you had polyps, you could have them again.  If you're having constipation issues that can cause polyps.  You need to change your diet.  You need some soluble and insoluble fiber to keep the gut healthy.  Try to stay away from bread particularly white bread.  Look for breads thatcontain whole wheat.  This will help.  Don't eat a lot of bread though.  Make sure to get plenty of fresh veggies and fruit and lean meats.  For breakfast you could try oatmeal as it contains soluble and insoluble fiber.  You can have some fruit with that as well.  Keeping your gut healthy is very important otherwise you could end up with systemic infections from an irritated intestinal lining.  As far as being a self pay, doctors do look for patients that have insurance and I don't think there's anything you can do about that.
