Good day
I have a sagging pot belly. I do not consume beer or have huge meals after 7pm. I am 63 yrs old. I do not smoke but a sweet junkie. I have cut down on sugar and gone to fruit instead. I tend to snack a lot -almost every hour. I cannot seem to satisfy my hunger urge.Both my parents had pot-bellies, perhaps it is in the genws? Anyway I wil take almost any advice to get rid of this free loader wrapped around my waist.

Hello there unfortunately genetics play a major role in our physical appearance. So if your parents had sagging pot belly only thing you can do is to fight it. Because you love sweets so much they are probably the main reason for the belly. But you can easily check this. You can visit nutritionist and do some tests to determine which foods are good and which are bad for you.

I had had my exam five years ago and since then I don't eat sweets at all. I have replaced white sugar with brown but only in my coffee and that is it. If sometimes the craving for sweets is so big I buy some sweet which contains fructose and after all this time I see that my belly is flat. And when I look at my parents I really don't want to have all that fat around my waist so I am proud of myself.
