I'm 14 and wanna try and loose weight before I attend my soon to be high school in like 3 and half weeks is there any way i can do this? i know about all the health risks but i only wanna loose like 15 pounds i weigh 145 pounds anyone know what i can do instead of pills and throwing up cause i think thats pointless

yes.. u can but you have to be very careful... bcz deficiency in this age will persist with u for life time...
1. must do work out for 1-2 hours daily.. but begin work out from 10 minutes bcz if u gonna start exercise 1-2 hours with very 1st day... u gonna suffer with muscle ache
2. quit all type of meats... if want then white meat only ( oncz a week)
3. increase ur vege n fruit intake plus water 8-10 serving..
4. quit oil...

Hi, yeah i also think you have a big chance of loosing that much weight in that time. I also agree about the amount of work out you should be doing on a daily basis. But if you really want to loose weight you will get over it soon. Besides what he mentioned i would also recommend that you do not eat after 7pm, not even fruit because at night fructose, sugar from fruit, gets turned into the fat. My friend started exercising 3 times of week, running for 1 hour, and he lost 15 pounds in one month. His advice was that you do not eat after 7pm and be careful about the carbs. Hope this helps.
