I used to just cut them out myself, would take a small razor blade out of a Mack 3 razor head and slice a small cut on top of biggest ones and pinch all the white sh*t out, did this about 3 times until new ones just kept poping up else where so i said f**k it

Guys guys guys. The original poster is 100% true. I had mine growing when I was about 14 yrs old. It started with itchy balls and by the time I was 22 I had about 20 of those suckers. During that time I tried multiple oinment, treatments etc and nothing would help. Finally a dermatologist told me to get them removed surgically and so I did. He removed all of those suckers and my balls have looked normal ever since. The scrotum is so dense and shapeless that you won't even see the scars. I remembered that the doc said that sometimes new ones may come in other spots on scrotum where they weren't removed. Now I'm 28 and I have 1 of them come up now. If more comes up, I'll just get them removed as well. These suckers don't deserve even 1% of your life's attention I tell you. It is very demotivating I know. But just get them removed as soon as you can and get along with your life. Trust me, get them taken out and thrown into a trash can and move on.

I had several open removed years ago through surgery. I was put under for the operation. The healing was painful and I had to wear a jockstrap for weeks filled with gauze and a healing lubricstion. There were large open sores. They looked a LOT worse than they felt, but it was still a rough recovery.

Nevertheless it’s been about 8 years and some have returned. Others seem to be further below the skin. I am married now and don’t really care. My wife doesn’t care so I won’t do anything about it. But they do sometimes hurt and after removing maybe 20 tic tax sized cysts, maybe 6 have returned. Some smaller than others. The scars are not noticeable unless you stretch the skin and look very closely. Otherwise you’d never see them.

My insurance did cover the surgery. I went to a urologist who diagnosed them as subaceous cysts and since I had so many (-about two dozen tic tac sized ones) I needed surgery. Depends on your insurance but it’s yesrs later and I feel better about myself and not embarrassed.

You should go see a urologist about it. Don’t feel embarrassed as it’s what they do for a living. If you have as many as I did, and they are somewhat painful also, a dermatologist won’t help. They need surgery most likely. Easy operation but kinda painful recovery for me but worth the pain.

I just had one removed today which was in my scrotum right at the base my penis. No anastetia, just cream to draden skin and then needle to deaden area deeply. Urologist cut the cyst out, stitched back up and said see you in two weeks. The first appointment was a little nerve wracking and embarrassed but it only took 20 mins to repair one in the urologist office. Insurance did cover mine and am happy not to see big white bump at very top of scrotum any longer. No pain at all during surgery or now. No pain meds have been needed either besides simple ibuprofen. Hope this helps. You will feel a thousand times better after the surgery. The embarrassment from surgery lasts all of 35-40 mins total counting pre visit and surgery. The embarrassment from having a large cyst on your scotum lasts forever.
