It could be that you are overreacting with some physical activity or maybe your diet isn't strong enough. This is happening to me when I don’t eat properly and then I try to lift something heavy or do something that requires too much strength. Sometimes I even feel dizziness and I must sit down for a while just to pull myself together.
But just in case it would be wise to consult with your family doctor. Explain to him what are you experiencing. Maybe he has some better solution or maybe he will suggest doing some tests as well. If he conclude that you need to see ophthalmologist he will send you and afterwards you will know for sure if there is something wrong with your eye sight.
