Hi, it is quite normal for pregnant women to feel pain in her backs. Also herniation in pregnancy has same rate as women which are not pregnant. It means that pregnancy may not cause disk herniation. It is possible that your baby is making pressure on part of your spine and it is usual situation. If herniation happens the best way is to talk to your doctor. He will help you to find best method to get rid of pain. Massage may be useful same as specific exercising.
