I’m 59. It’s happened to me for many years no matter what the condition of my feces. I can simply sit on the toilet with no straining whatsoever and it drips out. A few months ago, I had my testicles checked and everything was fine but I forgot to tell my urologist about it. I have read that it is normal and that there is no danger. What you can do to minimize it, is to masturbate less (you probably masturbate more than your body needs) and not have too many erotic thoughts during the day.

No bro I think it happens to us all men. It started happening to me when I was about 24 I thought for a moment that my ex-wife had giving me a STD so I went to the health department and every test I had ran on me came back negative so I was referred to a urologist and come to find out I didn't have nothing wrong. Try stool softeners.
