I am a 54 year old male, and have noticed over the last few years that I began leaking pre-cum for what seemed like no reason at all. It happens resgularly, sometimes even more than once daily. I would say it is pretty normal for men to have these stains. This can happen to men. It's often more noticeable with colored underwear like boxerbriefs cause of the contrast. As a male myself I've sometimes noticed these little stains on my own garments and don't think much of it anymore cause I know sometimes it just does.
