Please tell me if I'm being naive. My husband tells me that the stains in his underwear are from him straining to go to the bathroom. He told me that he actually asked his doctor about this. 1st..........ask a doctor or a MAN, some men have a bit of a leak of pre-cum when they get an erection. I would say a functioning male under say 50 this will happen during a day.
