For over a couple of years now I get this sensation that makes me light headed and feel like I am about to pass out.  Its like a whoosh of blood through my body.  The first time I remember this happening and was rushed to the ER.  It freaked me out.  I had all the cardiologist checks, checked for stroke/TIA, went to neurologist, and had labs run.  They tried to tell me I had a panic attack, which I just don't believe because I still get this feeling even when I am totally coll and calm.  Went to the lab for getting my blood drawn the other day and I passed and had tremors.  Afterwards I was extremely tired with a headache and slept in the docs office for about 3-4 hours.  My labs came back with low B12, which I have been taking meds for.  I have neck and spine issues and lose feeling in both feet (They get the sensation of being injected with Novocain).  My neck, lower back, and butt tends to hurt from my spine issues.  I am not afraid of blood and like to watch them take my blood.  They passed it off that I just had a syncope episode brought on by that, but I don't think so.  I also, have had a couple of migraines with auras in the past couple years.  They knock me out for at least a day.  I am 32 y/o male.  My mother is anemic and my father has had a stroke due to collapsed vertebral artery.  My grandfather had heart disease.  Just trying to get an idea of what is going on.
