Go out and run 2x6minutes every two days, that will keep the blood circulation in your penis head normal. Try to relax your penis as much as possible while doin it,it`ll reduce the sensitivity of the head, and don`t worry bout getting him up,it`ll come, just be relaxed. Try it yourself, but don`t forget the training!!!

My problem isn't that it's always been sensitive....

It's been fine to touch and stuff before, but last night, just after I masturbated, my glans got really painful to touch. It's still painful to touch right now, and it's the next morning.

Any idea what it might be?

Okay, first things first.

If you're younger than 15, you really shouldn't be paying much attention to this as a major problem. Your penis hasn't even fully developed yet. Especially as virgin, unless you do some type of desensitizing excercizing, and sex will be painful almost inevitably.

Also, this occurs because the head is not exposed at all. This means that you're uncircumcised, and usually the foreskin is covering the head.

The trick to removing the pain (Naturally) is one of the last posts. It explains how pulling the foreskin back and messing around with the head so that it loses sensitivity. It takes some patience and discipline, but it will work over time. Rubbing it, pressing on it to the limit of your pain threshold. Think of it like running. When you run a mile for the first time in a while, you'll get exhausted easily, your legs will burn almost immediately. But as you run more, the pain comes less and less, and it takes much more running for you to be exhausted.

So the more you touch and rub the head of the exposed penis, the less it will hurt, eventually to the point where it doesn't hurt at all.

I don't know if there's any sort of magic pill, but considering this situation, the tip I suggested above is probably the most private way to do it.

Oh, and this issue is not the end of the world. Just because doctors have said "omgwtf" doesn't mean your pain is like some special condition that only you're cursed with. Pretty much any uncircumcised guy will have this intense pain early on in their sexual lives.

So don't let it knock you over. Just do like has been said and eventually it'll take much more than a touch for any pain to come, if pain comes at all.

Hey. I was browsing around on this topic and thought I'd share my side of things.

I had very tight/full phimosis. This meant that before I got this issue "sorted" I NEVER had the chance to expose the head. The foreskin was toooo tight to pull back.

I finally got this sorted a few months back. The first time when I saw the good glimpse of the head it was VERY, VERY sensitive to touch. It had never been touched that way before. It wasn't a pain touch, but very uncomfortable.

---Just a note, I did manual stretching which took about a year to complete, but it was worth it. lol. I didn't want to get it cut, so anyone with a tight foreskin don't get it cut just yet.... research on the net first about stretching the foreskin ;-)

Anyway, since I have been able to expose the head easily I have to admit that when placcid it is still sensitive. The same can be said when erect. Basically, when I masturbate, I either keep the foreskin over or I use lubricant... which really is awesome if you haven't tried it. For me, it was heaven because I am feeling sensations never felt before. (Laughing)

Yes, my head is still sensitive to touch with a hand (or some sort of dry material) which is why people should just be more gentle. A good number of women out there really don't know how to handle a penis!

Maybe some of you guys out there are masturbating more violently than you should be? I mean, if you have a foreskin that is. Guys that are cut have to give it a bit more julk because the glans don't get covered up and kept moistened/sensitive.

Anyway, to decrease my sensitivity a little I do leave my head exposed for about 20 minutes (perhaps when drinking a coffee or something.). This isn't everyday, just every now and then when I feel like it. I understand some people on here saying that if I leave it exposed in their underwear it would be torture, but I disagree going by my experience. I hardly felt any problems going by my sensitive head, and as the minutes passes the more bearable it is to touch, whether gently or with a bit more grip. I only do this in the home, not out.

Some people on the internet have said that they left their head exposed while sleeping which doesn't interest me. I think that is left exposed for to long. Leaving it exposed for small periods have improved it and its better to touch, but I don't think many of you should be worried about being TOOOOO sensitive. Its a good thing I think. ;-)

I am not an expert, it is just my opinion. This is someone who had a covered foreskin for about 25 years before he got it exposed for the first time, so I know what a very sensitivity foreskin is--- Bloody Marvelous!

I hope this helps anyone.

I can't feel sorry for you guys with sinsitive foreskin. I'd do anything to have foreskin and sensitive glans. Foreskin makes the penis look more attractive to the ladies. and it makes it look bigger

Hi Guys

This thread is such a relief to be honest because the head of my penis is very sensative, I can't touch it with my hand without getting a painful electric shock type feeling. However, I am able to rest my exposed penis against my inner thigh (have only tried this with the right side though) without any pain. But whenever I try to touch it with my hand (even in the bath) it is very uncomfortable. Can anyone help me?
Cheers

Are guys who are circumcised, do they always have there head exposed? if so, why is it so bad for a guy who isnt circumcised to leave his foreskin back all the time and keep the head exposed?

hey people.. i had this problem too. i solved it pretty easily. at the beginning it hurt even if i just tap it. it was like touching your eye. it just made you jerk back in pain and uncomfortably. i trick is to take it slowly though. the first thing i did was every shower i would retract my forskin completely and let it run under the shower. it was riiight at borderline painful. it felt good and bad at the same time... after doing that for a while, i decided to go into the "harder jet" sections of my shower. those hurt quite a bit, but i got used to it too.. soon after i could tap my penis with no pain whatsoever. however, it still hurts when i push the glan around (like rubbing it), im just going to have to tap & rub more often!

hope this helps

And another one...

I used to have a tight foreskin so thight it could'nt be pulled back completely when fully erected. if i pulled it back before the erction it would be very tight and sore and have trouble rolling it back
I also still have a sensitive tip of my penis, but no where near as bad as it was.
I fixed the tight fore skin by stetching it. this is years back..
This is what I did: Grab tip of fore skin (!!with both hands!!) and pull it away from the tip of your penis.
dont pull to left or right just in a straight line with your diddle. This is to clear the sensitive tip.
Now try and push/pull/roll/ your pointer figers inside the foreskin.
This is tricky as its slippery and the hole in your foreskin maybe tight?
(it worked in my case ) Now you should be having your pointer finger inside and you thumbs on the outside squeezing the foreskin in between so that your pointer fingers dont "pop" out.
Stretch time Boys! pull you fingers appart as far as you can stand.
YES this is uncomfortable but its more of a "pain uncomfort" then a "sensitive tip of you penis uncomfortable"
Practice every night!
Other thing I did (don't laugh it worked XD ) is made this contraption from LEGO. cant remeber excactly how but it involved one of those pneumatic cylinders i had two smallish black lego conector rods replacing the pointer fingers in the above idea and the cylinder pulling them appart from each other. was realy good as you can contrloll the presure/pain you can take realy well! i Know it sounds weird but it worked! worth while making if you have the LEGO pneumatic stuff!

After a while i was able to pull back my forskin it was still a bit tight but not uncomfortable. i them proceeded to pull the fore skin back over the penis as far as possible un covering the tip of the penis. and try and pull it back as far as possible with quite a lot of force. this stretches it and also i n my case it was so tight it would block of the "return" vein in my penis so that it would swell up! pretty scary first time that happend because i had trouble pushing the foreskin back up and it started to get pretty uncomfy!! so be warned. after that I discovered that "wanking" by hand when masturbating didn't hurt and felt good an still does now.
Before I only sort of did a matress hump/rub thing... (owh how embarrasing :$ ) ((hey at least you don't know who I am :-) ))

I kept touching the tip mainly in the shower and agree the harder you grab it the less pain. (somehow that makes sense... ;-) ) I can grab the tip but stroking still doesn't feel nice.
Intercourse is ok by the way but still dont like blow jobs much as i can only handle about 2 mins worth before it getting sensitive.

I still want to try the tea method! don;t know why i havent yet... 8-|
You make a cup tea the stronger the better i guess ( the real stuff nothing fruity) let it cool and apply to your sensitive tip! the tanic acid in the tea apperently helps grow calloses ( is that the right spelling?) (i'm a dutchy)
i read about this on some other website a long time ago.
I think i'll put on the Jug when i'm finnished

hope i've been of help!

circumcised penis glands have been exposed to the 'outside' world for long enough that skin will eventually grow on it, whereas uncircumcised penis glands have the foreskin to protect it, therefore it does not have any skin on the gland and so it hurts.

ANYWAY, heres my story. i have very very sensitive gland just like the rest of you, where it hurts when i tap it. and this is what i did:

1) if your foreskin doesn't fully retract yet, you have to slowly retract a little bit day by day until it can fully retract. it took me a good 4-5 months before my foreskin is fully retracted.

2) from here on, try to have your penis retracted as often as you can. this will expose the gland to the outside, encouraging it to grow its own skin. a) when i take a shower, ill sit on the toilet first or on the bathroom floor and just let my retracted penis sit there for a good 10-20min, do it daily until you can tap it without hurting. i think it helps to have a boner as well while it is retracted because the increase in surface area will allow more skin to grow. b) then try to take your shower with your penis fully retracted c) then try to sleep naked and without the blanket through the night with your foreskin retracted. basically the more time with your gland exposed, the better.

3) im at the stage where slight rubbing doesn't hurt, and where i can bounce the gland of my boner off of the side of my inner thigh without any pain whatsoever.

i have yet to try masterbating with a condom on and with my foreskin fully retracted, but im feeling pretty confident about it. im at the stage where it wont hurt as long i put on a sh*t load of lube.

I hope this is mighty confidential XD still, I'm pretty much in the same boat that a lot of you appear to be in; sensitive glans (I can touch it and even stroke it without too much pain but still a bit of a worry) but I'm mostly worried about phimosis, I didn't really pay much attention before, being pretty much a complete and total loser I accepted a lack of sex life but someone has been crazy enough to be interested in me and I feel like a total asshat being unable to... shall we say.... satisfy her? I can easily get on with all the helpful tips and in time I'm sure you will have cured me completely in time, but I'm kind of worried about the here and now as well, is sexual intercourse easily partakeable when the foreskin won't retract whilst fully erect?
