Severe shoulder and chest pain after car accident. Was flown to hospital and unconscious for 14 hours. I was intubated that's all I know. Given Fentynal, Oxycodone, Ativan. This was 5 days ago and my pain is10 times worse. I can barely cough, breath, eat, play with my kids. What's wrong with me?

Did they mention anything about your sternum? Much of what you describe sounds like it was damaged which is common in car accidents. That takes quite a while to heal and is very painful when you try to do any of the things you mention.
