The pain is ruining my life, making me totally miserable, it feels like iam having a heart attack most of the time with the upper abdominal pain and severe heartburn, i have had black stool and vomited blood sometime 3years ago. I feed on drugs(omeprazole) and the moment i stop using the said drugs i immediatelly experience severe upper abdominal pains,heartburn and uncomfortness. I have no time of relief neither nights nor day. I have had this same problem for 23 years now!! Please help iam developing fear for my life especially that iam now 40 years of age.
