Hi everyone! I'm a 17 year old female and I've been worrying myself sick due to many symptoms that could occur with colon cancer. So here's my story: At the end of July 2014, I started having severe upper abdominal pain. I began having severe diarrhea with blood mixed in with the stool occasionally, I was also having severe nausea and started vomiting multiple times a day. I've had an upper endoscopy, a colonoscopy, an MRI, a CT scan, X-rays, and ultrasounds done. I have not received any answers. So my GI specialist that I've been seeing put me on dicyclomine for the treatment of IBS to try and relieve some of my symptoms. However, over the course of the past 6-7 months, I still have diarrhea (which is getting worse, almost unpredictable, and very pale and still has some bright red blood mixed in occasionally) I still have abdominal pain (not all the time, but frequently. Sometimes I can deal with the pain sometimes I can't get out of bed) I still suffer from severe nausea, and I still vomit quite frequently. I've lost about 20 pounds since the end of July, but haven't made any lifestyle changes that could cause that. Possibly due to the fact of frequently being unable to keep food down due to the nausea. Recently(the past 2-3 months) I've also had a low grade fever of about 99 very offer. Very tired all the time. I've been suffering for over half a year, & I need answers! There's much more information I could put, but I don't believe it's vital to understand the situation. I know the internet isn't the place to look for medical diagnosis, but I think I could get some leads on here. I'm scared I have colon cancer, but I would think they would be hot on the trail of that by now if it was cancer. Please help.
