That is probably a question that your gyne could answer better than all of us.
I am going to out on a limb here and try to answer for you. My best guess would be no. If you are still experiencing bleeding than you are still not healed completely and having sex might tear or open something further and cause you to bleed more.
But, talk to your doctor first.
