when i am really hungry i get a sharp pain in the right side of my back under my ribs. But, it goes away when i eat. I've also been having sharp pains under my left rib in the front. The doctor said that from testing my pee that I have a bladder infection but it doesn't hurt to pee. But, i do have to go often and it comes out really slow. I also feel sick to my stomach when i have these pains.
