sharp pulling pain on the bellybutton

Please please help i am going insane.I have this killing bellybutton pain that sharpens when i try to stand up or do anything that puts pressure on that area of bellybutton.I cannot pee it kills me.I have to walk like a 100 year old.i have to sit in one position cannot move.then it goes away after an hour or two.I had tests done,i had almost evrything donefrom urin etest to colonoscopies.Nothing came out. I thought it was std. It is not for i never had real sex excpt oral that too with only 1 partner and pretty superficial .Its not an std. I have gas and constipation. I HAVE DEPRSSION AND ANXIETY. cAN THIS BE A MERE GAS PAIN HITTING ON THE BELLYBUTTON.?PLEASE HELP.
