Hello,

I am 20 years old. For as long as i can remember i have had very short periods last usually 2-4 days but i'm very regular. I always found this wonderful as my freinds always complained about theirs and how painful they were.

My fince and i have been trying to get pregnant for about 5 months now and there have been no results. I am just wondering could these shorter periods be related to a fertility issue?

Any imput would be wonderful.

Hi, IM wondering about the same thing. My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about 4 months now with no luck. I have always had short periods, usally lasting from 3 to 4 days, and are pretty regular. They do seem to be getting shorter on average as I get older.Im 26 now. My question is could this be a sign of something or could this be why we are having problems getting pregnant? Any help would be great. Thanks

In my opinion, i don't think your chances decrease with short periods.
When i was younger my periods would last 3 days. I had no problem getting pregnant at all.
Your fortunate to have short periods, as long as you are healthy otherwise.

If it doesn't happen within the next 5 or 6 months, you may want to seek out a specialist.
Good Luck

Hi! I get my periods regularly but it only lasts for 2 days. Is this abnormal? I am trying to conceive for the last 2 months but unsuccessful till now. Is my short menstruation period an obstacle?
