Shoulder was hit now it hurts to breath, sneeze, cough and is sensitive

You have to know that shoulder contains many bones and there is a possibility that hit caused too much pressure on one of the bones. Can you tell me is there any swelling in the shoulder? How long have you been experiencing this problem? In some cases this thing goes away on its own after several days but in some cases if there is some sort of fracture in your shoulder this can be prolonged to several weeks. Have you tried to use some pain killers for the pain? I am not sure if you could get a broken rib from hit in the shoulder. I hope this helped in any way.
