I think it is safe to say that I am a addict. I drink more cups of coffee a day than I even count, and I know that I feel terrible in the morning before I have my first cup of coffee. I was just diagnosed with hypertension, and I will be cutting out caffeine totally in the near future. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about that? What are the side effects of cutting out caffeine, and do you have any tips on how to make it easier?
