A while back, I found out that I suffer from a magnesium deficiency. If I start working on my diet, I am sure that I can get by without magnesium supplements in the future, but for the time being my doctor says that it is best to take them. Can someone tell me what the side effects of magnesium supplements are? Do I have any reason to be worried about this?
