I'm currently going through puberty, my pubic hair is fully grown, I ejaculate, etc, but recently my right testicle in particular has become much larger. It feels heavier and hurts slightly when moderate pressure is put on it. I don't feel any lumps on it, but it feels oddly enlongated (almost oval in shape) which worries me that it may be testicular cancer, even though I'm fairly young for it. I'm asking for input. Should I see a doctor, or is growing/swelling/light pain normal for puberty?

Hey guess I completely understand your worry and concern. How old are you? How long have you been going to purity for? How much larger is your right testicle bigger left? Did this size pop up overnight or gradual?
You sound fairly normal so far. Most guys' testicles are much more oval shaped than round. Most guys feel pain with any pressure on their testicles. Nuts hurt a little from time to time, most guys get used to a little soreness in their balls every now and then. Testicular cancer is usually seen as a lump or growth on the testicle surface but it can also grow deep inside the testicle and make the testicle bigger. But it might just be that your testicles are growing normal too. Different males get their masculine body features at different rates and in different orders or sequences, so not all males get exactly the same and the usual order of body changes during puberty in all cases. Your hair growth and ejaculations mean your testicles are working and functioning like a man's testicles should, but it doesn't mean they are finished growing yet. They might grow more for a while even after you can ejaculate a man's sperm and grow a man's body hair. If you can see a Dr. , school nurse, or if you have an athletic physical coming up for school, you can ask the professionals to manually check your testicle by hand. Usually if they find anything odd or unusual, they will do a testicular ultrasound to look deep inside your testicles with echo type, harmless, xray types of painless imaging. Its just like a small bar of soap sized electronic device slowly moved over the outside of your scrotum skin to see the image of what's inside your scrotum. Its completely painless, no cuts or harm, just some slimey medical gel wiped on your nut sack to remove any air pockets from the sensor while its gliding on your slippery scrotal skin, andm it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. No big deal. Lots of men and boys get them done any time a problem might need looking into with their balls or scrotum. They use this to look at any testicular problems to check them out deep inside and you can even watch what they see inside you on the computer screen showing the xray images while they do it. Its non radioactive and won't harm your balls at all. Good luck.
