i just want to know why my skin turns to red and my vessels are more visible when it is cold and when i face a work interview or feel anger or siply overjoyed? plus i feel a hot feeling in my neck down to my chest and turns my skin to red when facing many people? why is that happening? and what should i do..hope you can help. thanks.
