Hello, I am 18 and in college. I have classes everyday at 8 so I have to be up at 730. I find it very difficult to get up each morning. I go to bed around 1 or 2 each night. After class I go back to my dorm at 11 and i usually pass out for 6 or 7 hours. I realize this is unhealthy but I'm so tired I don't know what to do about it. This has been going on for about a week and I took my temperature today and it read 96.6 three times. Should I go see someone or do something. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Whenever you can try excersizing, I know time is short but whenever you can walk or ride a bike, do, this helps raise energy, as well as a healthy diet, junk food can be tempting but if you can grab some fruit instead of candy. All tips I'm sure you've heard before but enforcing them really could help. Also taking supplements or vitamins in the morning could help. make sure they are legit though, just walk into GMC and talk to whoevers working there (manager's probably the best person to go to) they should be able to help you find something to boost your energy, and maybe some other helpful tips. Good luck with college and your lethargy!
