I am over weight i weigh 216 and am 5'11" i just dont have any energy to exercise or anything any suggestions on how i could get more energy could really help....

Don't get overwhelmed by the word "exercise". Make it a goal today to go outside this morning or later on in the evening when it cools down and take a ten minute walk. Start with 5 minute if you can't do ten. Then increase you walk by a minute every day. In no tome you will be walking 30 minutes. I know that walking gives me energy especially if I'm consistent. Take it a "step" at a time!

I suggest if you have less energy to eat more vegetables. I know it sounds funny what I'm saying but it definitely helps your energy rate. Also, just keep pushing yourself. Start walking 20 minutes a day and ramp up. Does that help at all?

sometimes it helps but its hard to walk everyday because i have a 3 year old and shes takes up most of my time !
