Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me some information as to what is going on with me physically before I resort to going to a doctor.
My symptoms are pretty common, and I'll add my own thoughts about them
- I have a really bad sleeping schedule, I sleep in increments usually. Sometimes it's 6 hours sometimes it's 3, and the times are usually from 8pm - 2am, 7am-10am, or a little variation of the two.
- I always, ALWAYS no matter how long I sleep for wake up with a headache, and it lasts for about forty minutes. Along with the headaches come back coordination, I'm always dropping stuff in the morning, or whenever it is I wake up.
- My eating habits are far from the norm. I usually only have one meal a day, and when I do it's usually something fairly large. Sort of like a meal and a half, half the time it's fast food, half the time it's leftovers from previously cooked dinners in the fridge and usually I eat at night. As for the rest of the day, sometimes I'll eat nothing or sometimes I'll have a bag of chips, or a milkshake or whatever. I don't know why I eat like this, but I'm really just not hungry until after 8 hours or so of me being awake.
- I feel a lack of energy, motivation, and determination. I've even tried a workout schedule five times now, but it always fails within a couple of weeks.
- I have trouble concentrating in my classes. Throughout grade school I managed to easily maintain around a 4.0 GPA, but since college I've had trouble memorizing while studying, or paying attention to lectures in class. This results in me leaving early now and then which I tend to feel bad about later.
Stuff to note:
- I just moved to a new state, I've only been here for a year and a half.
- I'm currently unemployed, though I'd love to have a job.
- College is the only real thing that takes up my time, I don't have much to do at the moment.
- I play video games when a lot when I'm not in class.
