small, hard lumps under the skin of vaginal area?

I'm thirteen and a virgin, and I've always thought these round, small, hard lumps or bumps under the skin of my vaginal areas were the regular texture of the skin around there. I've had them for as long as I can remember, I'm just really worried about what they are. What are they, and how can I get rid of them?
