im a 21 year old boy. since 3 yeas or so I have had this small boil kind of a thing on the tip of my penis. its red in colour and has blood I think. at one point of time it had started to pain and burn ..but its persisitent... what shud I do..plz help..the eruption or bump is still there.. im very worried

It sounds like a hemangioma, which happens when a number of blood vessels push upward through the skin in a small area and form a small bump.
