The head of penis seems to be very uncomfortably sensitive. I'm afraid sex itself will be impossible for me because the act of constant friction or rubbing against the head of my penis proves to be so uncomfortable I lose the erection. It doesn't feel pleasurable nor is it painful, its just very uncomfortable. I am 25, circumcised and the only way I can masturbate reliably is to thrust into my hand with lotion where the head of my penis pushes out the other side into the air thereby limiting the amount of time it makes contact. The only odd thing about my penis is that I have a skin bridge from where I was circumcised. I'm every upset and worried, I link the thought of sex with that rubbing sensation and fear I'll never be ale to satisfy the urge due to some rare sensory defect.
When I first tried masturbating I recall rubbing the head against fabric, I didn't know what an orgasm felt like, but I know for certain I felt the same kind of awful tickling like sensation then that I do now. Constant rubbing against the head of my penis seems to be a problem, it kills my erection and just feels wrong. I seem to have to do very slow thrusts to build up an orgasm as fast humps don't seem to work. I don't know what is wrong but emotionally I feel devastated. I've already lost a normal social life to IBS and most entertainment because of a visual distortion...but now sex? I'm running out of reasons to value my life.

It is unlikely that you have some type of rare sensory defect – have you ever thought of seeing a doctor about the skin bridge to see if this might be the source of the discomfort? It is possible that it could be surgically repaired. I think you might really benefit from talking to a doctor about what is going on and describe all of the things you are experiencing – a trained medical professional who is aware of all of these issues might be in a good position to suggest a solution that works for you.
In the meantime, you can support overall penis health and help to boost resistance to damage and infection by applying a penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that is fortified with vitamins, antioxidants and natural moisturizers.
