I'm 15 years old and since I was like 12 I've had these distasteful looking white spots on my penis shaft and scrotum. Also I have this darker line of skin running along the underside of my penis and about half way along my scrotum. I have done some research and I found out about a non infectious skin condition called Lichen Nitidus, not sure whether this is what this is. There is one larger spot, about 2mm that is easily popped and a fair bit of white pastey pus seems to always come out. I do have a girlfriend and I am way too embarrassed to even think about letting her go down on me. I've always been to embarrassed to tell my parents therefore I've never seen a doctor about it. Someone please help me out a bit
