Hi I have had a lump on my upper back next to left side of spine. I have had this lump for 6 yrs. Has never given me problems till now. The left side of upper back is inflamed and I have alot of pressure on my spine where the lump is located. The lump it self is soft to touch and doesn't hurt just the surrounding muscles hurt. I was thinking it might be a cyst but just not sure. Please let me know what you think.
