I started taking jazzercise classes recently and I find that my ankles and feet hurt when I get home. After sitting or laying down for a while, when I get up my feet and ankles are killing me. I can barely walk for the first 20 or 30 steps. What causes this? As a matter of fact my whole body hurts after my class and I have been doing this since June of this year. :'(

I am not sure what causes the foot and ankle pain but I can tell you that taking a magnesium supplement helps me when my body hurts after tedious workouts or even a long day on my feet. Is it joint pain or muscle pain? If it is joint pain maybe you should try taking glucosamine chondroitin, it has done wonders for my achey knees and hips! I hope you figure it out and feel better soon!
