Hi, I'm experiencing the same thing, few days after my period I started feeling pains around my breasts, whitish discharge and I missed my next period, I did a blood pregnancy test and it came negative, did a strip test and it was also negative, I went for a scan after two weeks of my missed period and they saw nothing, could it be the infection that's causing the sore and heavy breast?

I have been on the pill (Noriday) which didn't work out, so I stopped taking it, a few weeks later I had sex and recently I have bad sore nipples, tiredness, cramps when I unrinate, and I currently have cramps on my left side, almost like trapped wind.
