I am 31 female. I noticed a couple of days ago that my nipple hurt. Just thought that I was cold. But as time and days went by that was not the case. my nipple is swollen, tender to touch, enlarged and hard all the way around. Today my areloa hurts when you press into it. It is difficult wearing anything on it or taking a shower. I have searched for an answer and have found nothing useful.
