I have a few spider veins on my penis that are unattractive and would like removed. I don't have a fear of needles, though obviously I should considering that it's my penis!
Could someone please tell me what treatment what be the most effective, the least painful, and economically sane? i.e. injecting a solution of some type into my penis or laser therapy?

Did you have treatment, I'm looking into it too, did you speak to a urologist or get any info on the best way to go about it?
