hey. basically i have a massive spot-like-thing between my thigh and scrotum. i dont know what it is but it hurts. it feels hard, not like a normal spot. its not pussey but its starting to look slightly red altho not much. iv not been sexually active for a long time so i doubt its an std but im not sure. any help or advice please?
