Yes, when you abstain from sex that long your vaginal walls tighten up again thus during penetration it stretches the walls again. With that you may or may not experience bleeding as you have. Also, all men are different sizes so he may have stretched you further then ever or he may be longer and hit your cervix which will cause a bit of bleeding from the vagina.
