I am 25 and i started spotting last month on the day i was suppose to start my reg period it lasted 18 days then a week to 2 weeks later i started my period 2 days later it was very very heavy and bright red then after i passed something that i thought may have been a cyst no bigger than my pinkie nail. anyone know what it could be i haven't had any cramping or anything and there is no chance i am pregnant.
