So I have not had sex in 3 years....and my periods are usually every 3-4 months. This time I had spotting that was brown..and then out of no where i wake up this morning and my underwear is soaked with blood. I have no cramping, soreness in breasts, or back pain. I found some large piece of something like tissue in my period and then a piece that looked like a tiny sack 1" long and 1/4" wide with a tiny string thing on it. It doesn't make sense...and now the bleeding is pretty much stopped. Does anyone have any clue what this is about? thanks
