I'm 30 years, I have been having pain in my left chest at the base of my breast bone for about 8 years now. Recently I started  having pain in my neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, and arm. I did ECG I was told my heart is perfectly ok, and I was asked to do FBC again the result was PVC-45, WBC-4000, NEUT-52, LYMPH-48, ESR-03mm/hr(westerngreen Method). The pain my chest at times can be squeezing, burning, aching and I feel like I may die soon with pain. Pls help I have not been able to get a precise cause of the pain and I have been on tramadol for awhile because of the pain. Pls help.
