8 months ago I had pansinusitus (inflamation of all sinuses) The doctors gave me antibiotics and it went away for a week., Then It came back..So they put me on more antibiotics and again it went away for a week and then came back so the doctors figured out that my teeth were responsible for causing the infection, so I had them removed. Then they put on Levoflaxin and I was able to take them for about 8 days, but my symptoms worsend, My heart started pounding in my chest like it was going to come through my chest, but my pulse was only in the 80's. I was tired all day slept for weeks and weeks (at home) I was dizzy all the time. I basically felt like I was going to die any day. So  I went to the ER and they put me on amoxicilan-clav and I finished them and no real difference was made My sinus infection seems to be gone..according to doctors. I've had 2 MRI 3 thyroid tests, 10 blood tests, 5 chest x-rays, 1 sinus x-ray, a hearing test, I've seen an ENT twice. but after all of this I still get heart palpataions, wake up light headed, or just disconnected like i'm not really here. My doctor gave me a 4 hour blood glucose test and in the last hour my blood sugar dropped to 45 then bounced back to 76 in 30 minutes. I've got a blood sugar tester and have checked it 3 times a day for 1 week and everything checks out as normal. does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions for me to try cause i'm not convinced it's hyperglycemia, since my blood sugars been normal all week no matter what I eat. my doctor thinks it could be GERD...and I do have an appointment with a stomach doctor, but I have feeling it's going to come back normal like so many other tests have. Before all this started I had no problems..and I rarely get sick.
