My daily calorie intake was approximately 4000. And this was normal intake until my trainings were regular. But this has changed. I am not longer working in the same company so my free time is not free any more. I do not exercise and I am getting weight. That is why my plan is to start a cut. I think that 2700 calories would be enough for an office day. What do you think?

If really don't have time to exercise and really (but really!) need a cut then do it lowly. Try to reduce your calories each week by a small amount. About 200 calories would be appropriate. If you maintain your plan of losing weight, you may very well lose muscle in the process. That is what you do not want. Do this slowly and in couple weeks you will be satisfied.
