im presently taking contraceptions but i missed my period for a month and my fiance thinks im pregnant but i think otherwise i have to because i work and attend school at the same time and can't deal with a baby right now.

Nothing is 100% effective, there is a slight chance for pregnancy even while you are taking birth control....I would say to take a pregnancy test to see if you are or arent...
