Hi, actually it sounds like an infection. I have had an urinary infection not so long time ago, and I got Trimosul 200 mg for treatment. I took it twice a day, with a lot of liquid. It should get some results in 3 to 5 days, but you need to take hole course of antibiotics to kill all the bacteria and prevent reoccurrence of infection. It would be worth also to drink cranberry juice daily, as it is a natural urine antiseptic. If you are prone to developing infections you need to take more care of your pelvic region, avoid sitting on cold chairs, and try to wear hot clothes. In winter time long socks are necessary.
