Do you have any other problems like fever/ chills, diarrhea or constipation? Are you taking any medication (or have before, relatively recently)? Is the pain located in the upper abdomen, or in the lower part, like where appendix is? You obviously don't need me to tell you how dangerous this is - you are not eating for days and you are not getting the nutrients your body needs to function, so you are at even bigger risk of something else going wrong. Does it hurt when you try to press on your stomach?

I am asthmatic and wasn't well some days before ( I had breathing issues),so I had only taken the doctor prescribed nebulizer medicines Pulmicort,Atrovent & Ventorlin, and also the allergy tablet Aerius. the pain is in the lower abdomen region. But I am not having pain when I press my stomach from the outside. I feel tired most of the time and low on energy.I dont have any fever or constipation issues. Moreover my periods is 3 weeks late.At first I thought the cramps are sign of that, but still nothing.

It sounded like stomach problem - because of vomiting, but in that case the pain would be mainly in the upper abdomen. Do you have your appendics?

At first I thought might be I am pregnant cause of all the tiredness, nausea, missed periods & cramps. But I took a pregnancy test and it showed negative.

I do have my appendices.

I really do think you should see a doctor to check it out, if you have the opportunity. You will need to do so anyway if this continues any longer - you are in pain and not being able to eat, your body can go on like this for just some time. Were your periods always (more or less) regular before this started to happen?
