Considering the symptoms your stomach pain and vomiting reminds me of a stomach flue. I suggest you go to the doctor and he’ll give you some antibiotics. Stomach flue can last for a few days and eventually situation will get better. Sweet- brier tea has also very calming effect on the stomach.
