The only way to know for sure is to get tested. By now, the hpt should detect presence of hcg hormones and you can tell if you are pregnant or not. But to calm you down, this doesn’t necessarily mean you are pregnant, you may be expecting your period. I don’t know if you usually experience pain before the period. About feeling sick, it may be only because of worrying too much and are anxious about the whole problem. But like I said already, you won’t know much until you get yourself tested.

you should definitely get yourself tested before you start getting to worried. you could just have the flu too. or if your expecting your period then that could be a sign if you usually feel sick before your period.
